Daddy Freeze reacts as court upholds "5 million Naira" adultery fine against him


The Popular media personality, Daddy Freeze has reacted to the Appeal Court 5 million Naira fine against him for allegedly sleeping with another man’s wife.



we recalls that a Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, on February 18, 2021, had ordered Daddy Freeze to pay the sum of five(5) Millions Naira for committing adultery with Benedicta Elechi.

He was ordered to pay the fine to one Paul Odekina who was married to Benedicta Elechi at the time the adulterous act was committed. Daddy Freeze, who was not satisfied with the judgement, approached the Appeal Court for redress.

Addressing the allegation of cheating with a married woman, the On-Air Personal, on his Instagram live show, denied the allegation.

I will pay the adultery fine; my wrist watch alone cost over N100 million, but I am innocent.


This happened many years ago. I was going through serious torment, so was the lady, and we both jam many years later in church; this happened over 12 years ago,” he stated.
